Sine of the Times is dissolving as of December 31, 1999.

It has been a tough decision to leave the Newton, but the market demand for Newton software has dwindled rapidly, and our costs are now far exceeding our revenue. Hence we have no choice but to close the doors.

What does this mean for registered customers?

Registered customers will continue to get support for products from Ashish Mishra, the author of BluePrint, PowerSet, and ShowMate.

Support refers to providing assistance in using the software, as well as minor updates if they are needed. Ashish may or may not release major upgrades to the software - this will be determined by his time schedule.

What does this mean for Sine of the Times products?

Sine of the Times products will no longer be available for sale, starting Dec. 15th, 1999. Any orders received after this date will not be fulfilled.

At some point in the future (likely the middle of next year) - the majority of our software products may be released as freeware and/or open source.

The Sine of the Times website will continue to be operational for several months into the new year.

Thank you for your support, and we wish you the best in the future.
